Leadership meetings - Elevatee attends relevant leadership meetings. Elevatee should be embedded in the leadership team (Director discretion).
Formal Learning

Coaching, 2 x 2 hour FoC + 10 week Manageable (external) course

Complete a minimum of 5 leadership grow courses

Monthly Sharing & Community Sessions: enabling the Elevatee’s to build a community, broaden their network and learn from others.
FOC: 6week course partnering with Sales Mastery
